Return & Exchange Policy

Full price merchandise in their original condition (unworn and with all original tags attached) can be returned for exchange within 20 days of purchase with a receipt. Undergarments must be in original unopened packaging.  

Sale merchandise in their original condition (with all original tags attached) can not be returned.

You can simply return any unsuitable items to us for an exchange.Due to the customer's wrong-size order, we do not accept refunds, Only return and exchange is available. 

For returned or exchanged items, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Final sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned.

Gift Returns & Exchanges 
Gifts may be returned or exchanged with an original gift receipt, according to our Return Policy.  

Special Products
Altered, Made to Measure, Made to Order, Custom, Custom LAB, monogrammed, personalized items,  men's cufflinks and jewelry, grooming products and fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Defective Merchandise 
Defective items may be returned or exchanged with an original receipt according to our Return Policy. 

Exchanges

For online exchanges, please follow the steps below:
1.Email contact@tailorgraze.com with the original order number, the item number that you would like to exchange and the item number, size and/or color you would like to exchange it for.
2.Customer Service will confirm availability of item(s) requested and email you a free return label.
3.Please allow 10-12 business days for an exchange receipt and processing of your exchange.
